When I take my car there to be repaired I know I am getting the personal attention of all the staff, from Samatha the Mgr to the expert technicians ! They always look for ways to do the repairs the most economical way, while still delivering the best of service. Unfortunately, due to my driving issues(lol) I will be back again for their excellent service !

Samatha went above and beyond to help me understand everything that was going to happen with the car. I was not easy to deal with because I did not understand how to file my claim. She was absolutely wonderful and so patient with me. I appreciate her so much and think she so important to your company. The giuys n the shop even came over to explain to me what I need to do to fix another issue on the car. My battery also was dying and the suggested that I most likely needed a new one. I got one right away and thank god that I did because the battery was about to explode when the AAA driver arrived. The team at 4D basicly may have saved my life!!! You have a great staff and it was so nice to feel so cared about and knowing getting my car done right was important to whole team. Thank you so much! I will share my experience and highly recommend 4D Auto body.
