Originally I had the car scheduled for a week in November. They wanted the car for 4 days (starting Tuesday) but if I could have it there on Monday that would give them an extra day. On that Tuesday they told me I should pick up my car. The tech was out sick that week, they had not started, and could not do the work. We arranged for three weeks later, also with a Monday start. That Thursday I called them to see if it would be ready Friday, as we previously discussed. They stated, "Yes, the car will be ready on Tuesday, as planned." That wasn't the plan, but I just wanted good quality work so I said OK. Of course the car wasn't finished until Wednesday. So I'm disappointed with their lack of urgency.
