I am completely satisfied with my vehicle but not only am i satisfied with the results but the staffing there is truly AMAZING! You can tell when someone is really dedicated to what they do. LITERALLY everyone there starting from the receptionist to the owner are amazing, consistent, supportive, patient, polite and caring for their clients. 100% recommend!!!

Raceway Ford recommend All Magic in Moreno Valley. I'm very nervous about car body repairs. We had a tricky repair and I was very concerned. Jackie took care of Everything. Lined up the car rental and the ride there, communicated directly with the Insurance and even tracked down an elusive agent. Ryan made me very comfortable leaving the car with him. The communication from both, Jackie, Ryan and Jessica was very impressive. I never had to wonder how things were going. They kept me informed at every step. Jackie dealt with the insurance companies (two separate concerns) and even one of our Ins Adjusters mentioned how they liked this interaction, too. Ryan found more damage behind the bumper and he dealt with the appraiser for me, too. Wow. Picking up the car was amazing. They far exceeded my expectations. The entire car looks better than it did new and I can't tell the repairs were ever needed let alone performed. Incredible. I'm still amazed and smile every time I approach the car. I drive a lot and have been in need of a body shop from time to time. I've never been thrilled with the results until now. All Magic is a great name as it was a magical experience from beginning to end. Can not thank Jackie, Ryan, Jessica and the Techs enough. With gratitude, Kevin Conklin
