The employees at All Magic in Moreno Valley are TRULY the best. I honestly haven't met anyone in the industry as passionate, honest and with just great great customer service skills as that amazing team. I really highly highly recommend them. I went to them in August and the process went so smoothly. I literally had to do nothing. Before I knew it my car was fixed and I didn't haven't to do much but pick up my car and return the rental. I went to them again just recently, but the second time I had issues. However, it wasn't their fault but they did do the very best that they could to help me and advise me. Tina is a very wonderful person with a VERY kind heart. She did everything she could to help keep me calm and guide me through the stressful process. Although I wasn't able to get my car fixed because it wasn't approved by the insurance the second time, like I said they did everything they could to exhaust all my options. At the end, Rafi gave me some advise for the future Incase I ever get hit again on what I should and he was very apologetic about not being able to assist more. He explained to me the reason of why the insurance wasn't approving the work and just gave me good advise. At the end they returned my car sparkly clean inside and out. I understand that they did not have to do what they did but that's how good of a team this location is that they did go out of their to try to help as much as they could. I will definitely be coming here again if I ever need work done on my car and will make sure ALL my friends and family also bring their business here. Thank you so much again Team Moval! It's good to know that there is still good honest businesses and people out there. I'm just so pleased with this location, truly amazing & genuine people here!
