After a conversation I felt so comfortable and confident that I decided to leave my vehicle for them to work on. They helped make this a worry free experience. They took care of everything for me and delt with the insurance company for me. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and gave me updates on the progress of my vehicle. Great costumer service. Feels like family. Loved the way Raffi and Jessica were able to answer all my questions. As soon as I went inside the shop I was impressed on how clean the main lobby looked. During the time I was there Raffi and Jessica will always have a smile and that made me feel happy knowing that my car was in a place were Associates love their jobs. If I could I will give them more than a 5* rating. I recomend anyone that needs body work to their car or got involved on a car accident to go with them. You won't regret it. They did more than I expected taking their costumer service to a higher level. The work that they did on my car was 100% good. I know where to go now just for a simple scratch on my car.
