Very easy process, did very nice work and my bumper looks brand new. One of my fog lights didn’t get replaced though so looks a little funny when you look because one is new and one is cloudy, but other than that I love the work done to my car and will use this shop for future needs.

If I knew your manager(s) names, I would recommend that a potential referral speak with them upon auto drop-off. They would have a better idea in explaining expectations.

Car looks like new! Polishing the tires is a nice touch. But have to say the Teddy Bear didn't appreciate being thrown into the trunk.

This fair rating is partly my fault. I was asking the wrong person (desk person) questions about estimates. She was uncommitted in addressing my questions. Only realized afterwards, I should have requested to speak to the manager at the beginning.

The entire process was exceptional. From the time I dropped off the vehicle until pickup. The staff made the process easy. The Repair staff kept me informed of the car's status. My car looked like it just came out of the Showroom. The vehicle looked as good as new. And they 'detailed" the entire vehicle. Can't get better than that THANK YOU
