Repair took way longer than necessary, had to get my own rental car through insurance. We were told there were no SUV or cars available until 10/16/2023. Called insurance to get authorization, called same rental company as Auto Collision and Glass and had an SUV by 10/11/2023, so why couldn't a collision shop get a rental and we could. Wouldn't have needed rental if car was actually done on time. Dropped car on 9/15/2023 and just got it back on 10/13/2023 for a bumper cover replacement.

Customer service sucked. Every time you talked to someone it was a different story. If you are going bullshit people at least get your stories straight. They waited til the last minute to tell you things, like the car wasn't going to be ready. Didn't need a rental at first, but since car was going to be tied up for longer than promised, she needed something to drive, so Auto Collision and Glass said no problem we will take care of it, this is at 11am at 3pm I call back and am told they called me back and left a message, which he did not, this is 3rd time he pulled this "I called and left a message stunt". Enterprise rent a car does not have any car or suv available for rent any were in wny I'm told. So I call insurance and they have an suv waiting at Enterprise an hour later, so who is lying to who here?

The staff provided excellent communication and updates throughout the entire time they were working on my vehicle. They assisted in coordinating with my rental and insurance companies, and ensured the appropriate repairs needed would be covered. Every experience I had with the staff was professional and friendly, and they made sure I understood what would be done to repair the damage, and where the costs were coming from. The repair work was flawless. I’m also pretty sure they detailed my car, as I don’t recall dropping it off in that state of cleanliness. According to my children, it didn’t smell this nice either. All efforts are so appreciated. And while I hope to not be in need of their services again, I would go back with confidence if needed.

They had our car for 40 days, and it will have to go back into the shop to finish the repairs at some point. How can we be satisfied when the work is not complete? Ask again when the work is done.

I have a small dent on the front center of my hood now, and I think the technician may have pushed down on the hood when he closed it.
