I would have liked getting return calls on status updates. Also better accuracy on estimates on time for taking to complete the repairs. Overall im satisfied but they definitely have room to improve the customer experience.

We had a problem with the trim being flush on the car so I’m bringing it back Friday so they can make it flush but besides that, yes it was pretty good

Debris in creatcoat and or paint, chip guard was applied to lower of bed panel but doesnt continue to bottom of panel where it is actually needed. Bed of truck was not covered and was full of dust and prep supplies, primer dripped on black bed moulding somehow? front edge of bed panel over sanded onto front side between cab and bed so now theres no clearcoat in spots, finally when new decals arrived i was told i would be called Friday 8/1/25 to stop in and have them installed, it is now monday 7/4/25 and am still waiting for any kind off call. I want a refund i dont even want your shop to touch it again.
