I have picked up my vehicle, but recently had hip surgery so I cannot drive the car. Upon picking up it up, there was damage done to the back bumper that happened while auto collision and glass had my car. They are ordering the needed part)s) needed. So at this time not being able to drive my car it appears it is running well and the repairs are done. With the exception of the needed repairs to the back bumper done while they had my car. It did take a long time, I was given weekly updates and they were professional and willing to repair the damage that was done while they had my car. Until I can drive the car regularly, to make sure it is running well. I can just say at this point they were professional, informative and seemed to have done a great job.

I did not complete the survey from my original collision repair because the 1-10 grade wouldn't work, and it di not have this option. In that instance the initial communications were terrible, the forgot to let me know what was happening etc. Then, when I came to the shop in person, a whole new team was in place and things went perfectly. In this follow-up, the service was courteous, timely and well-done. Thank you.
