Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. The estimate process was quick and efficient. There was a minor inconvenience that we weren't contacted in the morning when the part came in but when we called they were very helpful and were still able to get the repair done. I wish I would have known they didn't take Amex but I could have asked as well.

Excellent communication about deadlines and vehicle status. Ryan and Guy were superb to work with. I was not disappointed with my decision to return to Auto Collision and Glass in Niagara Falls. I will use them for all future Collision needs.
