If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I am extremely satisfied with the entire team at Auto Collision Glass in Niagara Falls, New York. Everyone treats you like family and keeps you fully informed throughout the entire repair process, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident with the work being done on your vehicle. Although my insurance initially did not recommend this location, I chose to come here and I truly believe State Farm should have Auto Collision Glass on their preferred list.

I can’t say enough good things about the Niagara Auto Collision and Glass team. Getting into an accident right before the holidays was stressful, unexpected, and emotional—but everyone here was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive during such a difficult time. When I got my car back, I almost teared up. Not only did they make it look as if nothing had ever happened, but they went above and beyond by cleaning the entire interior after everything had been tossed around while trying to find a spare tire during the accident. It felt like getting my car back better than I left it. Thank you all so much for your care, professionalism, and compassion. I’m truly grateful for everything the team did!!
