Repair was completed on the same day as promised and the repair quality was excellent. Kayla was very professional and she went above and beyond by getting the claim for the additional dents that were discovered approved and repaired on the same day.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Because I had to wait on my car they were concerned that I hadn’t eaten. They provided me with something to eat. The repair service was okay. The tire rash on my rims were taken care of but the dent that I reported was still there. The work order that I submitted was for the tire rash and my right rear passenger panel. The invoice that I received said right front passenger panel. I’m not sure what was repaired in the front.

Would have appreciated an update so I knew whether to extend my rental. Also, I was told that enterprise would bring a car to the collision repair shop for me. I didn’t anticipate the additional hour or so that it took to wait for enterprise to pick me up, take me to their shop, and process the rental.
