It was fixed quickly to my satisfaction and returned totally clean earlier than I expected. It was slightly more expensive but Louis Torso called me to explain why and I was totally satisfied with his answer.

I had a very pleasant experience at Tom Wood Collision. Louis and Cindy were the best from beginning to end along with Ashly at checkout. My car looks brand new in the areas that was repaired. They did a great job fixing the paint on my car. I had them repaint my front fender and they returned to normal and my car was there for one week. There was a little confusion when I dropped it off. I had an appointment, but they did not know what it was for...so that was a little concerning, but it all worked out after that. Everyone was helpful and no excuses were made.
