The staff at the collision repair were excellent. Robert was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and helpful to ensure my Xylon guarantee was used. The repair work was much less satisfying. For two small dings from a grocery cart I would have expected the repair to be much more complete. I had a more serious ding that I brought to another repair service and was very surprised at how completely it was removed. I expected Tom Wood collision would have easily done the same. Just disappointed.
