When I arrived at 11:15 I was told that the tech had called in sick. I should have been called and rescheduled. They did scramble to get a tech from the Audi dealer to come over after his lunch 12:30. He did a nice job and the dents were fixed but there should have been notification earlier. I came from Anderson, what if there hadn’t been a tech available?

We haven’t picked up our car yet so we are hoping the repairs are good but otherwise Kyle has been very accommodating and easy to work with.

I came in with a bent wheel and didn't feel safe driving on my spare. Louis T. was so very helpful! He got my car fixed asap and I was on the road again in no time. Thanks Louis!! (he needs a raise!)
