The bumper is not properly aligned with the body, neither is the trunk lid where the lid is too far forward and the taillight on the lid is father back then the light on the body. Both misalignment points are on the right side where the damage occurred.

When the work was finally completed properly it looked good but shouldn't have been so many return trips on my time to get it done.

Trunk lid was repaired not replaced as quoted and not done properly. Needed to go back and month later when they finally got the new parts. Also, the dude of the bumper was not attached and stuck out that needed to be fixed.

Made an appointment time to have the manager look at what wasn't done correctly. When I arrived he was unavailable and I had to come back another day.
