I was kept well informed. Eatimate was 4 days and got changed to 7 business days once I dropped truckoff.wish estimate was more accurate but I do understand that u dont fully know into u tear into it.overall truck looks great repair for most part is great. Only issue is my 3500 emblem on bumper is little loose. Pointed out during inspecrion was easly resolved
