We were perhaps delayed by a day because Krystal was slow in getting back to us about what had to be done. Walker at collision center was amazingly helpful and communicated nicely about time frames. We had wanted to return to WI once the repairs were completed,. He gave us a time frame to which the repair group adhered and we were able to pick up the car the same early evening after being completed.

This is the second time Jan helps me with a collision repair. The first time was so smooth I had to come back! Jan was so amazing and made my experience so wonderful, I could not thank him enough!
