Gus was excellent The repair shop took 2 weeks to complete. Then, when it was returned, the passenger side window did not go up and down. I tested it immediately after the accident - then it worked. Their explanation: a broken clip needed to be replaced. Sloppy

During the time the car was at Margate getting fixed, it rained in the trunk that is still soaking wet and the passenger left window had been left open , letting the rain soak the passenger seat and ruining the rolling sunshade. Now the seat extremely stinks and the whole trunk carpet as well. I am going back to margate tomorrow morning (friday)to get the situation fixed with Russell, collision manager over there. 954 274 0862
