There was a scratch on my right front door handle that wasn't there before I brought it in. There was also some body putty on the front left door the size of a quarter.

PJ and Kelly were so very kind and really appreciated them helping me through the process. PJ kept me updated on everything and he apologized for his lack of putting in the notes which tire to take to be fixed. He did mark it really well. But I had a tire rotation and my tire was taken from the rear driver's side to the front driver's side. So I understood how the mistake was made. His staff just didn't see his markings on the tire. PJ told me would pay my extra rental day due to the mistake with the tire. Still waiting to be reimbursed for it. PJ has always been honest and followed through with everything he has told me he was going to do. So I'm guessing it's just a matter of paperwork. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle.
