My vehicle was in for repair from being hit while it was parked. The situation was frustrating, time consuming. They made the process as carefree as it could be and did an excellent job in the work that they did.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The situation itself felt overwhelming at times (working with insurance/car rental, etc.), but not the aspects when working with Bergstrom. My truck was repaired above and beyond what I had expected. I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to make this as hassle free as possible.
