I was extremely impressed with every person I worked with from drop off to delivery. Very professional, friendly and provided me with explanation and updates for the whole process. The repair work was excellent and was surprised when I got in my car it was freshly cleaned and vacuumed. You have a great team working at your facility, focusing on great customer service and excellence!!!

I would need to give them another chance and see them do better before I recommend them. The body shop manager did her best to compensate us for our troubles with covering or deductible and getting us a vehicle for the last week of repairs but this was such a frustrating experience.

The repair took significantly longer than anticipated and several rounds of back and forth with insurance company. Estimated at 15-18 days took 2.5 months. Communication should have been significantly better.

Polite and kind. Initially poor in communication but after 2 months I escalated to management and they were very responsive. So rated a 7 based on average of poor at the start but better later.
