The new bumper and door they installed on my car looks great! What I appreciated most, though, was how the team went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected battery issue. The battery terminal had become loose, preventing the car from starting. From the beginning, the team stayed solution-oriented, working diligently to identify the problem. Once they determined the terminal was faulty, they quickly ordered the replacement part and had it delivered shortly afterward. In a world where it’s easy to focus on assigning blame, I truly appreciated that they focused on finding a solution instead. That level of professionalism and customer care made all the difference.

The tire light is still on and I received a message that it was malfunctioning The windows won't let downfrom the master switch. It sounds like it's running hard from the inside when you start up. The repairs of the outside looks good, but it appears that the wiring portion of the car is not properly done. I noticed another issue, but I can't think of what it was right now.And I will be returning my car. I

EVERYONE was great to deal with. I was referred by a local Chevy dealership and now I will refer them to anyone I know who needs collision work done. I received an estimate that was very reasonable and a detailed explanation of what the repairs would consist of and what I could expect. I was kept informed during the repair process and they had a quick turnaround to get my truck back to me. And, the invoice matched the estimate exactly…no surprises! And the repairs were outstanding, it looks brand new. My entire experience was excellent. If I need body work done in the future, I’ll be going directly to CS Big Tex. 5 Star Service without question.

Everything was excellent, particularly the people. Very. Piteous and professional. I received an estimate and a full explanation of the work to be performed. I dropped the truck off afterward and I had it back within a few days. Their prompt service was immaculate and the invoice matched the estimate to the dollar, and was a very good price. I would recommend CS Big Tex to everyone I know!
