Working with Bill Knight Collision was very easy & quick! Sarah, was the representative I worked with since filing through insurance and she was super helpful & communicating was great. I did have to end up taking my car back in after pick up, but it was handled and my car is like brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend the Tulsa location off memorial(Nextdoor to Volvo dealership).

Everything was pretty great. One of my lights is different from the other because one was new and one was saved. The lady that answered the phone was a little rude at times. But I was probably getting on her nerves. I called to see if my car would be ready today this morning and she said to check my text messages they will tell me when it’s ready. So I went to the gym and about an hour before they were about to close, they called and said that my car was ready so I had to leave the gym without showering go across town and pick somebody up to drive the other car and go get my car. Not the worst thing in the world to happen. It just imagine had the lady at the front desk not had been so short with me and just went and checked for me and told me it would be ready around end day today. I would have been able to be more prepared. It overall everything was great. I would still prefer this place over others I’ve used.

Office staff, Ana, service advisor, Sarah mechanics/painters/dent pullers (Josh, David, Tommy) exceeded every expectation. Communication was superior with me and with the insurance company on my behalf. Each and every time I had any communication with anyone, they were cheerful and helpful. Pretty picky about my car in general. When the work was completed I brought my mechanic with me and he was in agreement that the work was very well done, no issues. Kudos to the Bill Knight Collision Team!
