I wish there would have been more communication. I went the whole time never hearing from my Rep, or whatever. Mandy was amazing at the front desk. Genuinely nice, not fake nice. She was super easy to book with, flexible. The whole process was seamless, they did a good job. I just wish I was kept updated more.
