They had my car for 3 weeks for repair during this time I had to call and ask for updates on the vehicle during the process. Not even 24 hrs after picking up my vehicle my car started making noise and come to find out an animal had nested in my engine (& is most likely dead for the rancid smell). I called first thing this morning to tell them the issue. Was told to bring it back in this afternoon to check it out, they did confirm the best and smell but said it is not their responsibility since “they did no work under the hood.” Told me I’d have to file another claim with my insurance for them to take care of that issue. Very impressive customer service.

I was unfortunately trapped in traffic during a bad hail storm.. which resulted in a broken windshield, multiple dents, and trim damage. The entire staff here made it such a hassle free experience for us from start to finish. They dealt with insurance, sent text/call updates throughout the entire process, and even detailed my car inside out. It looks brand new!
