Your employees provided excellent customer service. From the moment I called to schedule the work, I was blown away by the way they took care of every little detail. Once they had my insurance estimate, the entire process was out of my hands. I was so impressed that they even arranged for my rental car to be on site the day I dropped my car for its service. I never had to haggle or speak with the insurance company--you guys handled everything! Even more impressive was how quickly I was on my way that morning--I was early for work. Jake kept in touch, as my repairs took almost a full week. We did a full inspection upon completion, and my car looked better than it did before the accident! I can see why Otto's recommended you as your service is as impressive as theirs. Thank you, thank you, thank you - excellent experience dealing with Brandywine Coach Works!
