When I did a walk around, I saw a mark that looked like bird droppings on the front, passenger door. After getting the car washed , I found that the mark was a scratch that was not there prior to delivering the car to you. Also, there is, what appears to be, a paint bubble on the area that was repaired. We didn’t see it until after the car wash. Can we talk about corrective actions for there two spots?
