I’m not good with names, but I believe it was Freddy who helped me with determining damage done and walked me through everything. He was fantastic! The front desk receptionist was also super friendly and did a great job explaining the process.

Where should I begin!! My experience with Caliber Collision in Acworth, GA, was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Communication was impeccable. Service levels were extremely customer focused. Craftsmanship was perfect. I could not believe how seamless this process was...Caliber did all the work while thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know. Extra shoutout to Donna and Freddy!!! Donna, at the front desk was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Freddy was at the desk waiting to service me at the time of my appointment and arrival and was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable from the moment I handed over my keys to moment I pulled away from the parking lot. I felt like I’d made new friends! Hands down the best service I’ve experienced for as long as I can remember. I recommend this center to anyone who needs collision-related repairs.

I notice there were some red fragments on the front of windshield. I were told by Freddy they wet it down after completing the repairs. They should do a better job with the cleaning upon completion they would have seen the red dots on the windshield. Hey you get what you pay for and nothing more.
