Wasn’t sure who to communicate with, insurance or Caliber. Found out after that insurance wouldn’t cover everything so Caliber didn’t let me know before I picked up that they weren’t doing everything. Didn’t get an option to pay directly to Caliber. Paid cash elsewhere for couple other items
