I am impressed with the repair and paint job on our vehicle. The 10-year old car looks almost new. The car was delivered on the date expected, and the progressive updates were helpful. A special shout out to Michelle who was particularly attentive and professional. She answered all my questions and went beyond my expectations to ensure our vehicle received top-notch attention. Kudos to the experts who did the work.

From the time that I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. I felt totally comfortable with caliber collision. Traci at the front desk, walked me through everything, and Michelle showed me the items that would be repaired and how they would repair them. The technician that worked on the car did ann excellent job and Erica made sure that the whole process ran smoothly. What was so wonderful about this was that I was traveling, and I needed the car within a certain timeframe and caliber collision delivered. If there is a problem with these repairs, I know that caliber will take care of me regardless of where I am in the United States. They have facilities all over the country. Will definitely refer my friends and family to caliber if they have a need in the future.

The team was extremely professional. I received updates regarding my vehicle; and the vehicle was completed by the date given on the update. The appearance of my car looks as good as it did the first day I purchased it. I have only driven it a few times since I picked it up from the collision shop (2 days ago). I still need to drive it on the highway / interstate to ensure all is well.
