I hate to admit that I'm on a "first name basis" with Caliber, because they've had to restore so many of my vehicles, but I'm also very glad and happy that I am! The entire staff goes the extra mile and their work speaks for itself! My last "incident" involved damage caused by a vehicle from the company that I work for. My boss, the owner suggested a company they had used in the past. I asked if I could get an estimate from Caliber. He agreed and ended up saving money as a result. I believe we may send more business from our company to you for this fact alone.

Car was returned to me today. Hood is not lining up and doesn’t close properly. Repair has not be been completed to my satisfaction. Will be returning on Monday to ask for a complete repair.

Car was returned unfinished with no molding. Also my leather seat was sprayed with paint and all over the inside of the car as well. Very strong odor of paint driving was overwhelming. Also a ton of black grease stains all over the entire light grey fabric on the ceiling of my new car. Very upset. Completely destroyed my interior!
