Waiting on part of the repair that was billed but missed (replacement of broken reflector)

Part of the final bill was replacing a broken reflector at the bottom of the repaires bumper, but it was still broken on pickup. The gm said he would order it and I can come back. I haven't heard from them, I'll call and see if that part is in, and then the repair will be complete and all good.
