Unlikely. I recognize that things happen (I.e. the bumper ding) which again might not be the fault of caliber, but some kind of accountability process to keep related parties responsible (i.e. Take and share photos of the vehicle when they are received into your car) would be beneficial. We're all professionals here, so while I could have taken photos of the car prior to keep a record to ensure no damage in handling, I think its completely reasonable to expect and trust that my vehicle is handled and not further damaged in the process by the professionals
