Everything was perfect. Turnaround time was fast and I have had no issues with my car since I received it. Everyone at Caliber Collision in Akron was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions, especially Dawn, Darrell, and Bruce that work in the office. I will definitely return if I have any issues in the future!

Due to Caliber being weasels regarding tire damage. Only plan to say negative things about Caliber to all ,including to my insurance company that recommend you , unless you are willing to change your mind about the tire damage .

They did not fix everything that was supposed to be fixed, such as the lights. They were suppose to repair both front head lights but only did one and the one that was done don't even work. They also drained My battery so when I cut it off so they can put My chevy sign back on it wouldn't even start. Brought it in on full tank of gas, was barely half a tank when I got it back.

All workers at caliber ran into service area when I arrived noone was inside so i left out to see if bruce was going to walk me through my car amd he pulled off in a jeep

Went to get my fender fixed and ended with a cracked bumper
