No notes, the car runs great, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine a better result other than secretly replacing my car with a new one with lower miles on it.

I was Impressed with Caliber Collision's service, which was very personable. I also liked how much they were a part of the greater Akron community. The time taken to perform all the work and service was nothing short of "refreshing", as well. I was further grateful for their direct interaction with my insurance company. I have no complaints and only compliments, and my only advice for improvement would be to stay open until seven thirty PM or to add Saturday hours. : )

This place does an excellent job I LOVE THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR YEARS EVEN BEFORE THEY CHANGED NAMES IT WAS THE OLD Alexander. They are the best. I will never go anywhere else.
