I recieved my car back and the hood latch is disconnected and I’m unable to open the hood of the car. Also my car has been smoking and that’s why I was trying to open the hood. I had no mechanical issues when I dropped the car off for the collision service. Caliber had my car for 30 days and now I have to make time to go back to have this repaired. This is a nightmare.

Everyone is professional and friendly. Kera at the front is an absolute peach and answered all my questions! She went out of her way and offered me a ride when I "needed" to pick my work truck up and couldn't find a ride! Between getting my car repaired and the customer service everything was perfect. My car was painted to match perfectly. Very friendly staff and my driver side door was replaced in less than a week. I’d highly recommend caliber collision to anyone in need of car repairs ❤️

As long as nothing changes regarding current staff, I will continue to recommend Caliber as I always recommended Alexander's.

I expected nothing less. If Caliber had to buy Alexander Body and Fender, at least they had the good sense to leave the staff in place. However, eliminating the Detail Shop was a VERY bad move.

Very satisfied, they all deserve more than a 10!.. The Staff went over and beyond, from getting parts ( Drove to Columbus) to getting my car done in a timely manner, [[ Thank you Bruce ]] from calling insurance company, for a rental [[ Thank you Kera ]] One rental company didn't have a car available till next day, Another Car rental was found , available within one [1] hour, Dawn was kind and took me to get car on her Lunch break Thank you.. Also to all the mechanics, body and detail guys.. I've already recommended a coworker to go to Caliber on Main and Tallmadge in Akron.. YOU ALL ROCK!!
