I was given a scare about needing to purchase a new battery. Battery was never a problem before dropping it off. They left something on🤦♀️. After getting upset they charged my battery overnight and so far it's ok. I did have to immediately go put air in all 4 of my tires after picking up my car when it was done. I found that strange 🤔 every tire was different psi and 1 front and 1 back, opposite sides were very low 18,20 psi.

The service at Caliber collision was exceptional. We got ongoing updates about our car and good information and tips for being more productive with what we should do with our situation. Also the communication with the car rental company and insurance was directly between them which made it very convenient and easy for me. Our car looked great after the service. Thank you

I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. Both the customer service and quality of work were exceptional! Right from the first appointment with Bruce to look at the damage I had total confidence that his team knew exactly what they were doing and I had nothing to worry about. That is in fact exactly what happened! I handed them my key, they took care of everything, touched base with me to let me know how things were going, gave my key back when they were finished along with my car which was cleanI and looked as good as new! I had a lot of damage so I’m sure on their end it was not so easy, but on my end it was a very pleasant, easy process with an excellent result!

There was some miscommunication about dropping off my vehicle and having to sign to authorize repair paperwork. But things like that happen. The website and link they gave me yo sign it online wouldn’t work. I had to back in person to sign.
