There was some miscommunication about dropping off my vehicle and having to sign to authorize repair paperwork. But things like that happen. The website and link they gave me yo sign it online wouldn’t work. I had to back in person to sign.

Ron acted as if nobody hit my car while it was there. He tried to play me as if I were crazy. Showed me a picture that he took when I left the car. And we both seen that mark but all the other stuff that happened to the back of my car was bad

I have worked with this shop before and I liked their work. This experience has been less than perfect. I’m calling to see about having the work redone. That’s a hassle I don’t think I should have to worry about.

Most of the repair work looks flawless, however, the most visible repair was to my tow hook cover which doesn’t fit flush. Since it doesn’t fit flush, it also looks like the pair doesn’t match from many angles -though I think the paint actually does match.
