I have not scheduled my comeback repair yet, but I trust that it will be properly done. But for the need to return for that minor bumper repair and the somewhat difficult parking, I would have given Caliber a "10"!

Overall, I had a very positive experience.

I found everyone to be pleasant, professional, and responsive, especially Jovan and Ashley!

Caliber Collision Alexandria’s work was fantastic. They made a great job repairing my car and finished it quicker than expected. Jovan was the best. He was thorough, attention to details, polite, and made my car like new again! I recommend this shop. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a really great experience with this shop. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful from beginning to end. They explained everything to me clearly and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process, so I always knew what was going on. I work with my car, so being without it was really difficult, and they understood that. They did their best to get everything done as quickly as possible and actually finished the car earlier than expected. They were also very supportive and made the whole situation a lot less stressful for me. And the best part — my car looks absolutely perfect! You would never know it had been in an accident. I really appreciate all the care and effort they put into my car and into helping me. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants great work and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you guys so much!

Michael and Ashley were extremely patient and kind. They went over and beyond which helped the delays that were not their responsibility but at the fault of insurance and the towing company. They would be the reason I would recommend or come back to calliber again.
