I really appreciated the daily email communication, the front desk assistance, the flawless paint matching, and great customer care, not customer service, but Customer Care provided by Jovan. Jovan explained what would need to be replaced (not repaired) on my car, he was patient in answering my questions, he assisted me when I picked up my clean car. He just made a stressful situation calming for me. I have already shared my experience and referred two friends to Caliber Collision. I do not want to have another accident, but if I do, I will definitely come back to your establishment. Great Experience. Thank you!

My notifications to add washer fluid came on almost immediately after receiving my car. I went to add washer fluid yesterday and it went straight to the ground. Which means you all did not properly fix my car. My bumper is not flush where the repairs were made as it is on the opposite side of my vehicle and the small orange light that you all installed on the left side is not flush and sticking out. Very disappointed. I should have went to the one in oxon hill but I chose you all.
