I had a great experience with the entire team at Caliber Collision. Ashley at the front desk was kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jovan handled my case and was personable, professional, and made me feel like a priority to the business. The customer service here was unmatched. I was serviced under another driver’s insurance for a collision but I will absolutely be a return customer due to Jovan’s attentiveness and the quality of work done by the body and paint team. I could not be happier and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire team at Caliber Collision. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The staff was very courteous at all times. They treated my car like it was an egg and handled it perfectly. Best of all they quoted me a time of 12 days and delivered in nine. I was able to go back making money on Uber because of this. Plus the repairs they made were seamless like they were always there..

The staff at Caliber Collision did an outstanding repair on my Mazda CX5. The front staff was friendly and kept me informed as to the process and when the work would be completed. The 2 repairs that the technical team did were so good that my vehicle looked like new when I picked it up. Lastly they did a deep clean inside and out... My car looks like it is brand new. My car took two weeks longer than promised to repair and I exceeded my rental car allowance as a result. There was a quality concern with the repair where there appears to be a missing piece of casing surrounding the radar sensor. I have raised the concern and am waiting to hear back.
