When I dropped off my NX350 for a minor body repair on March 16, 2026, I was given a written quote of $1,502.66. A day or two later, I received another quote of around $1,700 via text. However, when I picked up the car on March 20th, the final bill was $1,912.49, a 27% increase from the original estimate! While the repair on the body of car was satisfactory, the way Caliber handled estimates and final charges was not. It was a disappointment.

The staff are very pleasant and super polite. I recommend that staff do not give a specific date that repairs will be completed. To be fair to the customer’s planning schedule, it would be preferable to give a very realistic range of dates not a specific one. In my case, I was texted that my car would be ready, no later than 03/16/2026. It was delivered two days late, which created additional stress in respect to an extension requirement for our rental vehicle. Also, at least two of the texts appeared intended for other clients. It was a tense experience. However, although we have not driven the vehicle any distance, it appears to drive fine. When you approach an old copule like us, take into consideration that we had our last accident 40!years ago and have no ideas what problems Caliber Colisión is confronting. Thomas R
