Due to the problems that I had and the lack of parking, I do not think that I could recommend this location to anyone.

The repairs done on my vehicle were excellent; however, additional work that was requested was not completed and no explanation was given as to why repairs were not done. No one contacted me with updates. I had to call each time.

The staff was very friendly but did not communicate with me as I requested. I had requested an estimate for other work that I wanted done and that I would pay for the costs. I never received an estimate and none of the work was done. Elijah just apologized but did not offer a solution. Also, I had to call for updates on the repairs - no one contacted me to give me updates.

Thank you to everyone who has help me with the estimate a the repairs of my Chevy impala . They did a wonderful job job the bumper basically look brands new and the paint match was great . I couldn’t be more satisfied ! Also the front desk was very good when I arrived for the estimate Isiah .

Isiah was very helpful from the start, explaining what work would be done, and giving me a time estimate. The work was done within that timeline. He kept me informed when I had questions. I also appreciated the text message status updates. Another plus was Caliber’s relationship with the nearby Enterprise office, which eased my transportation arrangements.
