My car took two weeks longer than promised to repair and I exceeded my rental car allowance as a result. There was a quality concern with the repair where there appears to be a missing piece of casing surrounding the radar sensor. I have raised the concern and am waiting to hear back.

Very professional from the start of repair to the end. The ar actually belongs to my son in Alexandria Virginia, but all communications cane to me and I forwarded the info to him. I personally ha e used Calliber Collision myself in Warner Robins Ga and likewise very professional and most importantly kept me infor.ed of the progress and expected completion date. The franchise has high standards and and excellent hat customer service and that means a lot in this day and age. Keep up the good work and setting the pace for other repairs shops to follow.

Worst repair experience I ever had in my life, hands-down. I cannot state strongly enough how awful it was. If I were in an accident 10 feet from Caliber Collision I wouldn’t bring my car back there.
