I was called and informed that my car was finished earlier than expected. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a white residue all over the repaired section. While an employee promptly cleaned the area, the shop did not reset the lights ( abs, airbag, etc). Also, it seems as though the shop did not check the alignment of the wheel and tires as it is not aligned like it was before the crash. In driving the car it veers off to the right quickly- and didn't before. I was a repeat customer to this location, and expected all work to be completed before calling me for pick up.

Caliber Collision was one of the repair centers recommended by my insurance company. It was also convenient. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. They also helped secure a rental car for me. They promised the repair to be completed by a certain date and delivered on time. The work was excellent. I would certainly recommend Caliber to anyone needing car repair.
