I went to Caliber and asked for a estimate, I was given a quote of 1200 to 1800. My car came with decals on it. I brought some new decals to replace the old ones that were fading and that would have to be removed for work I was told that we have someone that would be able to replace the decals for a little more money. I agreed to the adjusted price and scheduled to bring my vehicle in. After I brought my car in about 3 days later, I was told that the repair would cost about double the estimate. I agreed to the new price approximately 2800 with repairs and decals being completed. Somehow I get another call saying now the repairs would 3100 something. And when it came time to pick up my vehicle I had wait around for a hour, and they did not install the decals like we agreed too. So my estimate almost doubled and I didn't get all the work done. The repair part looks good but we agreed to specific things and this body shop did what they felt like doing and not the agreed to terms . I will not be using any Caliber shops for repairs going forward.
