Ms. Sharon is a true gem. She was there for any question I had and if she didn't know the answer, she was sure to find it out. She assisted me getting into a rental and even helped me move my items from one car to another! Im sure the entire Calliber team is great, as I was greeted and asked if I needed anu assistance everytime one of the staff members saw me... but Eric is absolutely fantastic! He and Sharon even made sure my truck had the air pumping and my car was cooled down before I got in. I had never used Calliber before but I guarantee I'll be back to THIS LOCATION if I am in need of any body work to my vehicle! My car is in pristine shape and looks brand new! Thank you to the entire Caliber collision team!

There is a small portion of rubber by the hood of the car protruding less than a centermeter...perhaps it just needs to be pushed back in, but the repairs are beautiful, I would have never known it was in an accident. Thanks for the tips about taking care of the paint, that too I would have forgotten. Sharon is an excellent agent, she knows her stuff and was quite the professional. I'd recommend your services to other folks.
