They fixed my car way ahead of schedule and when I went in to pick it up, I got stuck in awful traffic on Friday on my way from work. The gentleman who was working the desk stayed open for me and was incredibly helpful. Many thanks.

When they said they had to replace the front door, I was expecting a brand new door, however it was just the outside that was fixed. But then again I don't know how repairs work if it was just the outer door they needed to replace.

Customer service was good but I’m not sure about the quality of work there and the location is quite a surprise to me, no parking and within an industrial park where big trucks are in/out constantly.

My car was hit by another vehicle and the driver’s door was damaged. The collision repair work was well accomplished, the company employees were good and greatly helpful, the car scheduling was quick and repair was done a day ahead of the promised time. I am very pleased, grateful and satisfied.

Unacceptable. You guys left the bottom of my car with a scraping metal plate that is loose. I left my rental car with you and now I’m having to drive my car to work on the highway 50 miles each day with a very loose part. One of my tires was also at 10 air pressure. What did you do! I noticed all this once I drove my car over 40mph. I have a picture with a time stamp, as evidence.
