They were quick and the car looks amazing! I’m still in shock that they washed it and cleaned the inside - that was not expected. The front desk officer / reception was amazing and so helpful - give that guy a bonus!

Caliber was very professional throughout the whole process and kept me informed on a regular basis about the status of my car. I got the car back last week and it looks and runs great. After I got my car back, I spotted two smaller issues that still needed to be taken care of. (The car needed a LOT of work.) I took the car back and they fixed one of the issues and I expect to have the second issue fixed next week when the part arrives. Overall, I am very happy with the service.
