I had to return my car because the quality of the job done was NOT satisfactory. The replacement bumper was not aligned with the trunk by about 0.5 cm. The left-turn signal light was also not working (i.e., loose).

Service advisor was respectful but untruthful. When I asked him if he made any adjustments on the trunk in order to align the new bumper (but would cause the trunk to be misaligned with the car's body), he said that no adjustment was made. However, when I checked, I noticed that the screws underneath the right side of the trunk were scratched and there's a sign that the trunk was, in fact, adjusted (e.g., unpainted part is showing up).

Winston took excellent care of my Audi. I found a paint bubble and small indentation on the paint after my bumper was repaired and he quickly fixed the bubble. I will be bringing in my car next week to get the indentation fixed. Very impressed. Will recommend and return if ever needed. Customer service was top-notch. Thank you!!
